About Us
What do we do?
We focus on custom arrangements and events. Weddings, bridals, anniversary parties, etc. We have an order minimum of $50 so there is a little flexibility with smaller, one-time arrangements.
Do we deliver?
Yes! Please reach out to us and we can give you a delivery quote.
Do we set up?
Yes! You will just need to make sure to pay the correlating fees:) We set up any rentals that we provide. We are unable to set up anything that the client provides.
Pickups before 9 am? Sunday pickups?
We can do any pickup time after 9:00 am.
We are closed on Sundays, but if you are doing a Sunday pickup, you can reach out to us for a video on how to get into the shop!
Do we do out-of-state?
No, we do not travel to do weddings out of state. However we DO ship preservation orders out of state and there is a flat charge of $290 for the order + shipping (see discount header for preservation discount codes)
Do we do silk flowers?
Yes, we do! However, we require you either do an all silk flower wedding or no silks at all. If the wedding is all silk flowers, you will need to pay in full upfront rather than having a deposit. This is because silk flowers need to be purchased all up front, so we need to make sure this cost is covered.
Wedding date changes after deposit is paid?
If you decide to change your wedding date after your deposit is paid, we are unable to refund the deposit amount. We also ask that you let us know your new wedding date as soon as possible!
Reserving Wedding Date
Reserve Your Date Deposit: $50-$100 (not required)
Floral Deposit: 1/3 of Final Cost (paid after you receive your invoice)
You can reserve your wedding date one of two ways:
Reserve Immediately: Pay the Reserve Your Date Deposit through Venmo before you receive your invoice.
Reserve Later: After receiving your invoice, pay the Floral Deposit and confirm your date - see note below.
Any amount paid in deposits goes towards the total cost of the event and are not additional charges.
Note for Option 2:
If you choose to wait to reserve your date until you receive your invoice, we cannot guarantee that the date you requested will still be available. This is a good option if your date is not finalized. However, if you finalize your date before receiving your invoice, we recommend the Reservation Deposit to ensure we are available for your event.
Payment Policy
If a bride still hasn't paid in full a week before their wedding it will be canceled. We will give plenty of reminders, and at the 3 week mark, if they still have not paid, we will start sending messages about this policy.
