# Vase Rentals

### Vase Rentals <a href="#e5z9yg6znf8t" id="e5z9yg6znf8t"></a>

* We STRONGLY recommend clients use our vase rentals, but if they would like to provide their own, they need to bring them into the shop AT LEAST 1 week in advance
* If clients bring back any borrowed vases from us we offer a 50% refund from the rental fee IF returned without damage within 2 days from the event
* Vases that are borrowed for a wedding, MUST be returned within 7 days of the wedding. This is the final return date.
* If clients would like to bring in their own bucket, 5 gallon buckets are TOO BIG, even for bridal bouquets.

**Policy for Clients Bringing in Their Own Vases**

* If a client wants to drop off their vases for us to use, please make to do the following!
  * 1\) Place vases in box
  * 2\) Label box with the following information: bride + groom name, pickup or delivery date, items in box (ie bud vases, vase for bridal bouquet)
  * 3\) Bring box to the shop AT LEAST 1 week in advance&#x20;

**Arch Rentals**

* We have a floating arbor stand, a gold round arch, and a double loop arch that can be rented for $300&#x20;
* The refund price is 50% if they are returned within 2 days of the event without damage
